Meet the Mentor Berni Wilkinson BSc (Hons) PGDip MCGI MInstLM

With over 25 years of experience in the dental industry, mostly serving as senior management, I am now passionate about sharing my experiences through mentoring and training to help new and aspiring Dental Practice Managers and Lead staff progress and build the skills, confidence, and systems they need to manage & lead successfully.

More recently, my achievements were over a decade of experience in multi-site management, operational leadership, business development and strategic planning, whilst working towards a PGDip in Senior Leadership via Alliance Manchester Business School. I have a combination of academic knowledge and experience from hands-on expertise in senior leadership, practice management and business development.

With a strong foundation in Psychology and Counselling, achieving an Honours Degree from Lancaster University in 2016, I bring a unique perspective to leadership, team collaboration and organisational growth. I show a commitment to both personal development and driving professional excellence, reinforced by the recent Distinction PGDip, with accreditation and membership of the City & Guilds Management Institute.
